Terms of sale
- No items to be removed from auction premises until paid for in full.
- All items sold "as is." No warranty implied or intended.
- The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. In cases of a tie bid, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, reopen the bidding between the two tie bidders.
- Auctioneer not responsible for accidents.
- Absentee bids are accepted. Please ask at the sign-in desk for an "order bid" form. These bids will be executed by a member of our staff in a competitive manner. You will be notified if successful.
- Other conditions of sale will be announced just prior to the sale.
- Person assigned a number is responsible for all merchandise purchased on that number.
